CARMENCITA "CHIQUI" SOMES1967 Miss Philippines Queen of the Pacific[citation needed]Chiqui Somes represented the Philippines in the first ever Queen of the Pacific Quest at the Melbourne's Moomba celebrations. 16 entrants from the Pacific area and countries with close Pacific ties competed. Malaysia's Betty Lim Saw Yim won the title.

MARIA RITA "BABY" SANTIAGO1968 Miss Philippines Queen of the PacificMaria Rita Santiago is the 1968 Queen of the Pacific at the Moomba, the largest and one of the longest running festivals in Australia. She also won the Miss Crowning Glory award at the festival.
The year before, Baby was chosen as one of the top ten outstanding models of the Philippines together with Chona Kasten, Margarita "Maita" Gomez, Jojo Felix-Velarde, Dinty Barredo, Toni Serrano, Pearlie Arcache, Jean Margaret Lim, Cherrie Pie Villongco and Tina Santos.

EMMA RUTH YULO1969 Miss Philippines Queen of the PacificEmma Ruth Yulo was sponsored by Manila Jaycees for the Moomba festival. Emma placed third from among 18 participating international representatives. Nationalist China's Patty Wu won the title. Patty Wu relinquished the crown in the middle of her reign to pursue a scientific career. Japan's Hiroko Suzuki, the first runner-up took over the title. |

MARY JANE MADAMBA1966 Teen Princess Philippines Mary Jane Madamba is the first winner of this teen beauty pageant sponsored by the now defunct Manila Chronicle. One notable contestant was a willowy 16 year old Visayan beauty named Aurora Pijuan who came very close to bagging the title away from Mary Jane Madamba with just 0.2 points margin between them after the final ballot counting. The Judges were Carlos P. Romulo, Manuel Nieto Jr., Estefania Aldaba Lim, Mrs. Armi Kuusela Hilario and Antonio V. Ulgado. The First Lady, Mrs. Imelda R. Marcos crowned Mary Jane at colorful ceremonies held at the Rizal Theatre. She represented the Philippines in the International Teen Princess Pageant that was held in Chicago, Illinois on May 21, 1966 where she placed second to Japan's Reiko Oshida. |
IMELDA VILLALUZ1968 Miss Teen Philippines Three months before Isabelita Sy represented the Philippines at the 1968 International Teen Princess Pageant in Chicago, Illinois, a similar competition called Miss Teen International spotlighting teenage feminine pulchritude was held in Hollywood, California. The Philippine bet was a 15 year old talented girl from Laoag named Imelda Villaluz. Although Imelda did not win, she was proud that she did her best and gained more friends for the Philippines.

ISABELITA SY1968 Teen Princess Philippines There was no Teen Princess Philippines in 1967. In 1968, Beauty World Inc. took over the franchise and selected Isabelita Sy to represent the Philippines in the International Teen Princess in Chicago, Illinois. Iran's Elaheh Azodi won the title.

EDNA ELEGADO1969 Teen Princess Philippines Edna Elegado represented the Philippines in the 1969 International Teen Princess Pageant in Chicago, Illinois where she finished fourth. Israel's Sharona Marech was the winner.
